PUNTO SUAVE SHIPPING POLICY


1. Shipping Options

Punto Suave offers delivery service, both local and international, at a cost:

  • Local Delivery: deliveries for Panama City are made by an external company, Multientrega. Coverage areas and associated costs are indicated at the time of check-out.
  • International Delivery: Deliveries outside of Panama are made by DHL Express. The coverage areas and associated costs are indicated at the time of check-out.

After preparing the order and proceeding with the shipment, whether domestic or international, the customer will receive a tracking number.

Alternatively, Punto Suave offers the option of free pick-up at the locations proposed at the time of check-out. For pick-up, the customer must wait for confirmation that his order is ready, which will be communicated to the e-mail and/or phone number indicated at the time of purchase. The customer also has the possibility to ask if his order is ready, by contacting Punto Suave's Whatsapp number indicated on this page or by email to ventas@puntosuave.com



1. Delivery times

Punto Suave handles the following delivery times:

  • Pickup: Orders can be picked up within 12 business hours.
  • Local shipping: Orders will be delivered no later than the business day following the order payment confirmation.
  • Shipping to the interior of Panama and international: Delivery times, with indicative value, are indicated at the time of check-out.

Note: For order preparation and delivery purposes, business hours are considered Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 9AM to 5PM.


2. Customs Policy


For international shipments, Punto Suave will include the commercial invoice with the product codes according to the Harmonized System (HS Codes). The cost of customs clearance to enter the destination country is the sole responsibility of the customer, who must arrange it with DHL Express.


3. Modification of orders

Once an order has been placed, Punto Suave does not accept changes to shipping information, such as address or delivery method. However, should a particular situation arise prior to the issuance of the tracking number, the customer may contact Punto Suave, who will evaluate the possibility of such modification.
